Patent Consultations

Patenting a new idea is very exciting, but it is also complicated, requires an investment, and can take 1-3 years to achieve. A great starting point on this journey is with a patent consultation with a patent attorney so you can learn more about the various types of patent applications you can file, and what makes some ideas patentable and others not. 

For a fee of $195, you will have 30 minutes of time with a seasoned patent attorney, who will help explain the in's and out's of patent law as it pertains to your inventive concept. 

We encourage new clients to start with knowledge and information. As a courtesy, the $195 patent consultation fee can be applied as a credit to further patent legal services, such as a patent search or a patent filing. The credit is valid for 60 days from the date of consultation.
